T he Joint Commercial Commission Memorandum of Understanding has fourteen founding signatory countries and one pending membership application (Palau).  The original signatories were:

The group of officials from Pacific Island members of the JCC met in Honolulu, Hawai‘i on May 21, 2005 to discuss ways to revitalize the JCC.
